HOUSTON, TEXAS - March 10, 2009 - LoneStar National Bank rolls out ProtegeXE for managing domestic collections process and provide tellers research tools to maximize customer service.
LoneStar National Bank's mission of being the "Valley's Bank" is further accomplished with the installation and roll-out of ProtegeXE for processing and managing domestic collection transactions.
ProtegeXE, 3Core Software's premier software solution for managing domestic and draft collections, was installed and implemented in March 2009 to provide LoneStar National Bank with essential entry and research tools to give branch teller personnel up-to-the-minute collection letter information. This centralized collection of data enables tellers to better assist customers at the branch location without disrupting workflow and data management at the back room processing site.
Training was completed in mid-March and LoneStar National Bank is already up and running in a production level environment. Through effective project management and strong team collaborations, the project was met within their requested timeframe and well within stated project dollars.
